A Jackson Odyssey takes you on a whistle-stop journey through fifty years of incredible songs that have shaped generations; all infused with IMC’s trademark deep funk, jazz harmonies and stunningly soulful vocals. From the Motown magic of the Jackson 5 through Michael’s pop and funk mega hits to Janet and La Toya’s legendary R&B floor-fillers, there’s something for every Jackson fan here.
Established in 2017, the Independent Musicians Collective are a talented 10-piece vocal collective who perform with four piece band (keys, bass guitar, electric guitar and drums). They perform original vocal-driven arrangements, specialising in jazz, soul, blues, gospel, motown, disco, funk, house and pop anthems.
They have performed on London Live TV, and in top venues including The Troubadour, The Hampstead Jazz Club, Wonderville London, Spice of Life and Soul Mama. They have performed in fifteen sell-out shows at PizzaExpress Live Holborn and made their sell-out debut at The Pheasantry last year.
