Raw Materials is a charity and creative careers hub in Brixton, home to industry standard music studios, production suites and live rehearsal, performance and co‐working spaces for creative learning and collaboration. Their specialism is using music to nurture creativity and talent, facilitate professional ambition, and improve mental resilience and wellbeing.
The organisation offers young creatives free access to a range of participatory opportunities including music and video production, instrument tuition, singing, lyric writing, DJing, band and performance programmes, and a range of artist development and creative career opportunities.

This event is one of the Southbank Centre’s Riverside Sessions, running throughout the summer as part of our 75th birthday celebrations. Curated by young people, the programme invites audiences of all ages to explore youth as a mindset, not a number.
