Ric Pecchi is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in London.
Drawn to the lo-fi intimacy of modern songwriting and the lush, orchestral arrangements of classic Italian records from the late '60s and early '70s, Ric Pecchi crafts songs that balance simplicity and immediacy with a dreamlike sense to create contemporary folk with a cinematic sensibility.
Sugarcane’s magpie sound updates vintage bossa nova and calypso for the 21st century, combining Brazilian and Caribbean rhythms with classic English songwriting. It’s the brainchild of Robin French, who was born in the English suburbs to a Barbadian mother and British father.
Knee Gnaw is the project of violinist and composer Arthur Sawbridge, blending serrated string fragments, field recordings, and improvised noise into dark, atmospheric soundscapes.
Fell’s songs are driven by wry, off-kilter lyrics and playful compositions: jangly guitar-pop and slow-burning pastoral folk sit alongside psychedelic freak-outs and krautrock rhythms. Fell is Nicolas Burrows (guitar, keyboard, vocals), Jon Rulton (bass), Matt de Kersaint Giraudeau (keyboard & backing vocals), and Dav Shiel (drums & backing vocals).
