Blending jazz, soul and pop, Anna performs songs from across her career alongside new material set to feature on her forthcoming third album. The programme also includes thoughtful interpretations of standards and influential pop songs, from the music of Burt Bacharach to selections from the Great American Songbook.
Drawing equally from English-language and Italian songwriting traditions, Anna’s music combines lyrical storytelling with rich jazz harmony, carefully crafted arrangements and memorable melodic lines. Her wide-ranging influences include Stevie Wonder, Simon & Garfunkel, Antônio Carlos Jobim, Bruno Martino and Bill Evans.
Joined by an outstanding band of European musicians, Anna presents a warm and personal performance where original song writing meets the elegance of jazz and the depth of soul.
